Culture

Culture

Coaching leaders who work where they were not born or with people who are different.

They don't look like me. They don't sound like me. They don't think like me. Yet, I need to lead them, following a common goal.

Who am I? Who are they? How to become 'we' through bridging and not adapting?

Culture is what everyone brings to the table. Culture is what happens at the table, when beliefs, behaviours, customs, values and ideas meet.

"Culture eats strategy for breakfast", says Austrian American management consultant, educator, and author Peter Drucker.

At the end it comes down to performance but if culture is broken, achievements are far out of sight.

What makes culture so important? It enables and accelerates the processes of attracting and retaining talent, innovation, customers satisfaction, execution with passion, and reputation. These are all indicators that lead back to a clear and cohesive culture.

Our coaches have lived & worked on all continents. They coach in many languages. You want to go below the surface and leave the obvious behind - that's fine too.
