Ulrich Seega
Black Slope was founded by Ulrich Seega, an experienced leadership coach and executive search consultant.
Ulrich works internationally and in the UK with leaders, investors, and their teams when it comes to performance, change, cultural complexities, and career transition.
A sports scientist by background, Ulrich has coached, hired and advised leaders and professional athletes across many sectors, and in companies ranging from start-ups to the FTSE 100.
Earlier in his career, Ulrich trained special forces and presented sports news live on radio. He has built his philosophy on compassion, collaboration, powerful strategy, and resilient execution.
Ulrich is an IESE Business School certified Leadership Coach, accredited Coach & Mentor by the EMCC, certified in TalentPredix™ psychometrics, and holds a degree in Sports & Science (major in Media & Communications) from German Sport University Cologne.
Emma McConachie
A neuroscientist by background and with more than 20 years’ experience working with inspirational leaders internationally, Emma is a Director of Areté Ventures. Areté means achieving accountable, personal excellence, and is focused on finding, unlocking and empowering exceptional talent for future success of global organisations.
Emma has a post grad in Executive Coaching and was invited to author a chapter in Sage’s 2015 publication “Coaching in Professional Contexts” now one of the foundation textbooks taught at Henley, UEL & University of Sydney for the course Coaching Psychology.
Emma is also an honorary lifetime member of the Institute of Risk Management (for contribution to the UK risk management industry as a headhunter) and recently spent three years as a Board member at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, where she was responsible for helping define and execute the IFoA international strategy.
Daniel Kemmler
Dan is not only an executive coach but also a global citizen, an experienced leader in bio-pharma, and a CEO & Co-Founder.
As a coach he works with founders and business executives, leveraging his expertise in corporate and commercial strategy and execution across multiple countries and industries.
Dan brings over two decades of executive leadership experience. Prior to becoming a CEO & Co-Founder of his own health-tech start-up, Dan was a senior executive in general management and global brand strategy to alliance management, launch excellence, and organisational transformation.
Originally from the US, Dan has lived in five countries and led multi-cultural teams, product launches and business operations around the world. As a result he is uniquely skilled at unleashing leaders’ potential in diverse and international environments for themselves and their organisations.
Dan is an IESE trained Executive Coach with a Wharton MBA in marketing and strategy and qualified as a LEGO Serious Play® Facilitator and certified in TalentPredix™ psychometrics.
Sue Colton
Sue is an expert when it comes to all aspects of the psychological contract at work, with specific expertise in strategic HR management and occupational psychology.
A Business Psychologist (CPBP) with the Association of Business Psychology (ABP), she is a qualified behaviour assessor and psychometric tester registered with The British Psychological Society (BPS) holding the EFPA accredited European Test User Certificate in Work & Organisational Assessment. She has access to all the most widely used instruments available, covering both ability and personality assessment tools. She frequently delivers behaviour assessments for both selection and development purposes, primarily of C-Suite level candidates, across all sectors and industries.
Sue also holds an MA in HR Management, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), and has many years of blue-chip experience in Organisational Development and Change Management, having previously worked at KPMG and NatWest Group.
She devises methods, policies and processes to motivate employees, measuring behaviour and aligning individual goals to the strategic intent and development of the business. This has included for example designing employee engagement methodologies, staff opinion surveys, job family modelling, competency framework design, assessment centre design and delivery, pay and reward structures to name but a few, to both private and public sector clients of all size.
Rasa Striaukaite
Rasa’s mission is to connect the corporate world with inner wisdom, cultivating transformative leadership and making a positive impact on the wider corporate community.
She helps leaders to become the best versions of themselves, unlearning the negative habits, behaviours and beliefs that contribute to personal and corporate toxicity. In partnership with her clients, she believes in creating a more authentic, honest and aligned corporate experience for you and your team.
Rasa brings a wealth of international corporate operations experience to the table. She has a proven track record of delivering value to the bottom line, driving transformational change, and leading high-performing teams across North America and Europe.
Over the past 10 years in particular and as a coach, she has retrained and realigned her career through the lens of Corporate Wellness. She is interested in meditation, well-being, and wellness at work.
Rasa is a qualified leadership coach (IESE Business School Barcelona & Aspire Training), accredited Coach & Mentor by the EMCC, certified as an Osho active meditation facilitator, a Gallup Strength Finder coach, a Hypnotherapist, and a Reiki Practitioner.
