Close to 200 pro bono coaching sessions in 2024 delivered by IESE-trained executive leadership coaches. A full working month dedicated to the development, clarity and performance of clients in 14 countries on 4 continents – many of them leaders of NGOs, charities or simply in a position where coaching is not in the budget.
