Kill The Cow
How to start doing things differently and achieve real change.
Ever heard the story of the monk that killed the cow? Long story short, in many cases you have to give up something before you can achieve something else.
Why does that matter for you as a CEO or founder? Glad you ask! How many hours does your day have? How many days does a week or a month have? How many months does a year have? They are all limited numbers and the secret sauce to scaling a business is to scale yourself as a leader - to grow.
So where does it leave you if time and resources are limited? Many of us tend to add to their existing to-do-lists. Then they ask questions like "What makes the biggest impact?" or "What is the most important investment?" - in short: What do I need to do more of?"
Totally valid approach. And if you look through the lens of a strength-based approach or positive psychology that is certainly constructive. That said, what if there was one thing, that would unlock everything else? What if you'd stop doing one little thing that would enable you to accel everywhere else?
How will you find that little spanner in the wheel? Give us a call - maybe we can help!
